I'm so excited to create this custom mug for you, and hope you enjoy it for many years to come. I would also like to extend my appreciation on your patience, customs can take up to 8-10 weeks due to the firing process and having enough for a kiln load. Me and the artist work very closely with you in creating your custom mug with concepts photos as the process goes on. After ordering we will send out a direct email to you within a week going over the process more clearly and collecting references.
